How We Do

Fabric selection

Fabric selection is often a small part of the design project but it can have a big impact on client satisfaction. Our offices receive calls every day from designers who want information about the characteristics of certain fabrics and how they will stand up to everyday use as well as cleaning. That’’s why it is so important to make responsible selections. The next time you are specifying fabrics, consider the six criteria listed below. Three criteria —color, style, and client satisfaction —are the domain of the designer, but perhaps we can provide some information about the other three. Those are suitability, cleanability, and longevity.

Process sequence of Cutting Section

Computerized cutting systems are achieving more widespread use as technology costs decrease and labor costs rise. These computer-driven automated cutters utilize vacuum technology to hold stacks of fabric in place while cutting. Cutting blades are sharpened automatically based on the type of fabric being cut. Gerber Garment Technology manufactures one of the most commonly used cutting systems. This technology has the advantage of being
highly accurate and fast, but does cost considerably more than other cutting techniques.

Sewing process

Clothing is not just a piece of fabric wrapped around a body. Clothing has details that make the fabric fit and compliment your body. Learn to perfect the details and the garment will come together.

Finishing process

It is a very important process in garments manufacturing, in this we use to cut all the extra thread and gives an apparel a mesmerising appearance

Ironing process

Ironing is a process after which apparels are ready to wear, in this process apparels get there shaped and ready for packaging.
